What places make you feel most alive?
Do you become ecstatic when you are on vacation in a wonderful place?
We have sayings for arriving home from vacation like “coming back to reality.” Well, what if we could pack our vacation feelings and take them home with us to February in South Dakota? We knew how to relax, laugh and feel joy on vacation. In fact our vacation experiences speak to a deep truth.
We know how to help ourselves heal. We know how to feel good in our bodies. In fact, we are experts at what makes our own bodies work well and feel at ease.
Sometimes the business of daily life narrows our vision, makes us forgetful of our talents, forgetful of the things that make us healthy.
Let’s take a few deep breaths and remember the fullness of whom we are. We are brilliant, creative, and full of power and energy. We simply need to practice remembering these truths about ourselves. There are many tools that aid us as we develop a daily ritual of remembering this fullness.
Two of the tools that have worked for many people are yoga and laughter yoga. Please look around our website for information on how these tools can help you remember the fullness of who you are.
