Laughter for Your Heart and Spirit
Dan and Jill had a great time on Sunday laughing with members of the First Presbyterian Church
in Sioux Falls, SD. We were there to talk about laughter as the best medicine and to incorporate laughter into their lives as part of February’s heart health month. There were about 50 people there - ages 15 to 75 - all with the willingness to try something new and to tap into their natural state of joy.
One gal said it best, “I know that laughter makes me feel good, I’ve just never thought of laughter as intentional.” And isn’t that the big take-a-way from a laughter yoga experience? To add “intentional” laughter into your life? A big thumbs-up on that idea and a very good, very good, yay!
Laughter blessings to you all!
"Laughter Yoga is a definite “10” for an intergenerational evening or Sunday School event!
Every church would benefit by offering this great holistic heart healthy program. Dan and Jill are fantastic!"
