Laugh Out Loud in OKC!
Dan and I were in Oklahoma
City for our niece's wedding and were thrilled to find a Laughter Club was going to be meeting at a time when we could join them. We couldn't wait to go! So braving the crazy 5 o'clock traffic we made it to the Laughter Club near downtown OKC last Friday night just before they locked the doors. Whew! We were grateful when Tyler, the laughter leader, did 'crazy driver' laughter and we could laugh away our freeway tension! hahaha!
We had such a great time with everyone there and it was such a treat to experience a new club. We walked away realizing that every laughter yoga leader and laughter club is unique, special and loads of fun. As you can see by the photo everyone enjoyed the session and I think Tyler got some new laughter buddies from the new folks who came and tried it out.
Are you going on a trip? Our advice is to check out www.laughteryoga.org to see if there's any laughter clubs where you're going. You won't regret it - even if you have to drive through rush hour traffic to get there! HOHO HAHAHA!
